For applicants, Entervista saves costs associated with physically going to an interview. They can answer the interview questions from the comfort of their home using a webcam.

How does it work?

A company user may set up their job interviews and send them to candidates. When the candidate receives an invitation email, he/she can record the answers to the interview questions using a webcam. Once they submit it, the company will be notified that the interview is now saved in their personal page and available for viewing.
